PROJECT PROFILE
Project Condor involved the subdivision and consolidation of one mammoth manufacturing site into 3 distinct independent facilities. Condor included the renovation of 850,000 sf of existing manufacturing space into modern precision aviation manufacturing facilities, labs, and offices. The project also involved the demolition of 1,382,507 sf of obsolete 1940's structures.
