Our Project Managers plan, budget, coordinate, and supervise all stages of a project. We manage all aspects of the project from setting and maintaining the schedule and financial controls and ensuring assigned tasks are delivered on time and in accordance with the agreed scope.

Our Project Managers key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of site work

  • Detailed review of the project schedule and deliverables, scope, budget, and actual cost

  • Oversight of construction standards and procedures

The advantage of utilizing an Albers Project Manager

 

Very few clients have the time and expertise needed to manage large or complex construction projects or maintain the ability to easily scale for variable project volume. The typical large organization may have a Project Management or Real Estate Office that manages at the program and compliance level and maintains the ability to manage small or periodic projects and smaller organizations may have a single person or small team juggling multiple responsibilities across operations, facilities, and projects. Neither organization is staffed to scale for large or complex projects or significant variability in project volume.

Many of our clients have a small core project management team that is able to deliver some projects, however, are not able to scale when project volume increases or for single large or complex projects.
